He began his law career in 2013 at Georgia’s Office of the Attorney General. While there, he dealt with contractor disputes, defaults, terminations, defective work and bond claims. He also responded to inverse condemnation claims and handled dispossessory proceedings. Additionally, Dan appeared in administrative proceedings on behalf of the State and served as in-house counsel to various agencies. Prior to practicing law, Dan worked in banking and finance for over five years. His financial background
causes him to have a bottom line emphasis in both transactional and litigation work.
Dan graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2013 where he was a member of the board of the Environmental Law Society and participated in a land use clinic. He received his undergraduate degree from Tulane University in 2004.
Dan is a member of the State Bar of Georgia admitted to practice in United States District Court-Northern District of Georgia, United States District Court-Southern District of Georgia, Georgia Supreme Court and the Georgia Court of Appeals.
Dan is also a member of the Atlanta Bar Association.
In his personal time, Dan enjoys fly-fishing and clay shooting.
