Lindsey Powell


Lindsey practices commercial and business litigation with a focus in real estate and construction. In this role, she represent clients – as both plaintiffs and defendants – in various stages of state and federal court litigation. In addition to her litigation practice she also advises clients with transactional matters and represents them in mediations and arbitrations, as creditors in bankruptcy, before professional licensing boards, and government zoning authorities and planning boards. Her goal is assist clients with all aspects of their businesses, including contract reviews, corporate compliance, and employment issues.


Lindsey was raised in Eastern North Carolina and completed her undergraduate studies at North Carolina State University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a Law and Justice Concentration. She received her Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, where she was a Senior Editor of the Law Review. She is licensed to practice law in North Carolina as well as Georgia.
